These terms apply when you use the Moment Mind app. By using the app, you agree to them.

What Moment Mind is

Moment Mind offers guided meditation audio and short written reflections. It is intended for general wellbeing and relaxation. It is not medical care, and it is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing distress or a medical condition, please speak to a qualified professional. Do not listen to sessions while driving or doing anything that requires your attention.

Using the app without an account

You can browse the app and listen to a small number of free sessions without signing in. Creating an account lets you keep your saved sessions and listening history across devices.

Subscriptions

Full access to all sessions and Gentle Notes requires a subscription. Two plans are offered:

• Annual — US$79.99 per year.

• Monthly — US$9.99 per month.

Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Your account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends, unless you cancel first. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Deleting your Moment Mind account does not cancel your subscription.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may differ in your local currency. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Your personal licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to listen to and read the content in Moment Mind through the app, for as long as you have access to it. This licence is subject to these Terms and does not transfer any ownership to you.

Intellectual Property

Except where otherwise indicated, Moment Mind’s owner and licensors own or control the rights in the original materials made available through the Services. Certain materials or elements may be owned by or used under licence from third-party licensors.

The protected materials include, without limitation:

• Meditation scripts and written guidance

• Audio productions, sound design, editing, mixing, and audio arrangements

• Original selection, coordination, and arrangement of voice, music, nature sounds, and other audio elements

• Gentle Notes and other written content

• Images, artwork, visual designs, layouts, and interface elements

• Names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and branding

• Software, code, interfaces, databases, and functionality

• Compilations, collections, and the selection and arrangement of content

Moment Mind™ and the Moment Mind logo are trademarks claimed by Moment Mind’s owner. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use, copy, imitate, alter, or remove these trademarks or other brand identifiers without prior written permission.

Certain voice, music, sound, software, or other elements available through the Services may be generated by, obtained from, or provided through third-party services and are used under applicable commercial licences. All third-party materials, trademarks, and intellectual-property rights remain the property of their respective owners.

Subject only to the limited personal licence granted under “Your personal licence” above, you may not, without prior written permission:

• Copy, record, download, extract, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the Services

• Sell, license, sublicense, rent, commercially exploit, or make the content available to another person

• Modify, translate, adapt, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content

• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary-rights notice

• Use any content to develop a competing product or service

• Use, scrape, extract, or process any content to train, test, develop, improve, or operate an artificial intelligence, machine-learning, or similar automated system

Access to audio through streaming, temporary caching, or another authorised playback method does not grant permission to download, retain, redistribute, share, or otherwise access the underlying audio files.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available and to keep adding sessions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Content may be added, changed or removed over time.

Ending access

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Me → Delete Account. We may suspend access if the app is used in a way that breaks these terms.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
