Moment Mind is a meditation app. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how you can have it removed.

What we collect

Account information. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook, we receive an account identifier and, where provided, your email address, name and profile picture. We use this information to create and sign in to your Moment Mind account. If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, we only ever see the relay address. You can use the app as a guest without an account.

Your activity in the app. Which sessions you play, pause, seek within, complete or leave early; which sessions you save; and which Gentle Notes you open. This is what tells us which meditations and which natural soundscapes people return to.

Subscription status. Whether you have an active subscription, and when it expires. Payments are handled by Apple; we never see your card details.

Crash reports. If the app crashes, we receive the error, the stack trace, your app version, iOS version and device model.

What we deliberately do not collect

We do not record your email address inside analytics events, your full IP address, your login tokens, or the temporary audio links the app uses. Crash reports are scrubbed before they are stored: email addresses, tokens, payment information and request parameters are removed automatically.

How long we keep it

Individual activity events are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Aggregated, anonymous statistics — for example how often a session is completed across all listeners — are kept indefinitely, and cannot be traced back to any person.

Your account information, saved sessions and listening history are kept for as long as your account exists.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Me → Delete Account inside the app. When you do, your profile, saved sessions, listening history and subscription record are permanently removed, and any activity events linked to you are anonymised so they can no longer be connected to you.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, because subscriptions are managed by the App Store. Please cancel it separately in your Apple account settings.

Who else is involved

We use a small number of service providers to run the app: Vercel and Neon host our servers and database in the United States, Cloudflare R2 stores the audio files, and RevenueCat manages subscription status. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children

Moment Mind is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell you inside the app.
